A & E Realty Company, Inc | West Boylston Real Estate, Worcester Real Estate, Holden Real Estate
Nancy began her career in real estate in 1979 in the Property Management sector, working as a Rental/Property Manager for Corcoran Management Co. at Stratton Hill Park in Worcester and Shrewsbury Commons. In the late 80’s, she became a real estate sales associate and began her start in real estate sales. Nancy’s past work history also includes extensive sales/marketing experience, as she held the position of marketing coordinator for many years, for the Worcester based Walker Scientific Inc., part of the O.S. Walker/Walker Magnetics Group. This sales and marketing experience has proved invaluable in her real estate ventures in presenting properties for sale to the buying public.
Through the years, Nancy has seen many changes in real estate. From market conditions and trends, financing rates and options, client representation, the impact of the internet in real estate and more, but her goals remain the same. To be conscientious, earn your trust and respect and provide outstanding service for her clients, throughout each and every transaction.

"We think Nancy Bianchini is a fabulous real estate agent. She helped us immensely in selling our home. She secured a handyman to to get odd jobs done on the property that we were unable to handle. She scheduled several well-attended Open Houses and got us an offer in 27 days - a miracle in todays market!"

“I have enjoyed my association with A & E Realty Co., Inc. for the past two months. The friendly, unhurried manner of the real estate agents relaxes one during a stressful time in one’s life. In particular, are my praises for Nancy Bianchini, who was my agent. Always she was caring, thoughtful, and patient in her dealings with me, while being conscientious and thorough in her real estate work. I heartily endorse A & E Realty Co., Inc. as a group of reliable and hard-working special people."
